Benefits You'll Love Become a Key Player as a Replenishment Operator — Reach Truck You will keep pick locations stocked and ensure continuous picking flow by operating a reach truck and executing high-priority replenishment tasks. You will support warehouse pick teams and leadership in an onsite, day-shift role (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM) with potential overtime as volume requires. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position where your reliability and equipment proficiency directly impact fulfillment performance. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Operate a reach truck to pull reserve pallets and replenish pick locations Execute WMS replenishment tasks by priority to prevent pick-face stockouts Scan and confirm both source and destination locations Communicate short or damaged reserve stock to leadership Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Verifiable, recent reach truck experience Ability to work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Must pass a written equipment assessment before scheduling Must pass a hands-on reach truck certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite Wear an orange reflective safety vest and enclosed-toe shoes as required for facility entry; comply with GFSI food-safety standards and maintain badge access Here's What Else Might Help You Out Prior replenishment or let-down experience (preferred) Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
