Job Description
Become a Key Player as an Unloader — Sit-Down Propane Forklift / Clamp Operator You will keep inbound freight moving by safely unloading trailers and staging product for receiving, ensuring on-time processing for the team. You will work onsite in a weekday shift (Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, with possible overtime before or after shift) and contribute directly to warehouse receiving and inventory flow as part of a temp-to-hire assignment. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Inspect trailers for safety and pests before unloading to protect product integrity Operate a sit-down propane forklift (and clamp truck where required) to unload full pallets and floor-stacked freight Move unloaded pallets to correct staging areas for receiving and processing Report damaged, shifted, or contaminated freight immediately to prevent downstream issues Assist with restacking and provide hand-unload support as needed Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects promptly Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Verifiable sit-down propane forklift experience Prior devanning or trailer unloading experience Ability to pass a written equipment assessment before start Ability to pass a hands-on forklift certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, adherence to GFSI food-safety standards, and badge access at all times Here's What Else Might Help You Out Clamp truck experience (required for some openings) Pay Range $20.63/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
