Three-Roll Mill Operator (Machine Operator + Forklift)

3rd shift- Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am

Pay:

$21-$23/hour, paid weekly We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Three-Roll Mill Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Edwardsville, KS. This hands-on role is responsible for finishing ink batches using three-roll mills while maintaining quality and safety standards. Great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys production and machine operation work.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor three-roll mills to finish and refine ink batches Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products Clean and maintain mills and surrounding work areas Weigh and stage materials as needed for production Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Qualifications:

2+ years of stable manufacturing or machine operation experienc e Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Forklift experience preferred, but training is available Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working in an industrial and messy environment Benefits of working with
