Job Summary We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a busy distribution center in Franklin, MA. The position focuses on operating reach trucks and high-lift forklifts to replenish warehouse racks, move pallets, and maintain efficient inventory flow. The ideal candidate will have previous reach truck/high-lift forklift experience and be comfortable working at elevated rack heights. Experience with pallet jacks, RF scanners, and warehouse replenishment is also preferred. Responsibilities Safely operate reach trucks and high-lift forklifts throughout the warehouse. Replenish warehouse racks, bins, and inventory locations. Drop down pallets from elevated rack locations. Move and stage pallets throughout the distribution center. Pull empty pallets from warehouse slots. Wrap and secure pallets as needed. Use RF scanners to locate, track, and manage inventory. Assist with inventory replenishment and warehouse organization. Follow proper equipment operation and warehouse safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work efficiently to meet daily production and warehouse goals. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous reach truck experience required . Previous high-lift/high-level forklift experience preferred. Distribution center or warehouse experience preferred. Experience replenishing racks and moving pallets. Pallet jack experience preferred. RF scanner experience preferred. Comfortable operating equipment at elevated rack heights. Ability to lift 50+ pounds . Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Strong attention to safety and ability to work around other employees and equipment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work Monday-Friday and required overtime. Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding warehouse position.

Reliable transportation to Franklin, MA. Must be available for the full assigned schedule. Overtime may be required based on business needs. In-person interview required before moving forward.
