Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Entry-Level Opportunity - Training Provided! We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Franklin, MA. Job Responsibilities Use RF scanners to process and track inventory Pick and pack customer orders accurately Label, ticket, and prepare products for shipment Assist with shipping and receiving duties Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness Follow company safety procedures and work instructions Support various warehouse functions as operational needs change Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred Experience with RF scanners and Picking is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience with warehouse scanning systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to lift, carry, and move warehouse materials throughout the shift
