Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and Skilled Forklift Operators with Warehouse experience to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement, handling, and storage of materials within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Forklift Operator experience and a commitment to safety standards. You will be responsible for operating various Forklift equipment, managing order picking processes, and supporting shipping and receiving operations to facilitate seamless supply chain functions. Shifts 2nd shift hours 4pm-10pm will train on 1st shift for 1 week (9am-2pm) Monday through Friday schedule Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Perform order picking using RF scanners and other warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately. Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols. Handle heavy lifting tasks and materials movement with mechanical knowledge of equipment operation. Support management by organizing stock locations and conducting regular stock counts. Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards through proper equipment operation and hazard awareness. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures are followed to prevent damage or injury. Use RF Scan gun to pick products when needed Must be willing to work off the forklift when needed Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and materials handling and RF scanner Must have minimum 1 year experience operating Sit Down Forklift in warehouse environment AND Must have minimum 1 year experience operating Cherry Picker Forklift in warehouse environment AND Must have minimum 1 year experience operating Reach Truck Forklift in warehouse environment Operating experience must be recent (no more than 60 days prior to applying) Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation. Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and load/unload systems. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely up to 50lbs solo while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
