Are you an experienced warehouse associate with forklift certifications and strong attention to detail? Adecco is seeking dependable and safety-focused International Pickers/Packers to join our growing team on 1st Shift . Position Summary The International Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for international shipment. This role requires experience operating material handling equipment, utilizing warehouse management technology, and maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately locate and retrieve products. Utilize digital picking systems and warehouse management tools. Operate handheld barcode scanners, RF scanners, and computerized inventory systems. Verify product accuracy and maintain inventory integrity. Pack, wrap, and label orders according to customer and transportation requirements. Prepare shipments for domestic and international delivery. Move completed orders to designated staging and shipping dock locations. Maintain productivity goals while following all safety procedures. Ensure a high level of accuracy to prevent picking, inventory, and shipping errors. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards. Requirements Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred. Ability to operate warehouse technology, including RF scanners and inventory systems. Certified and experienced on the following equipment: Reach Truck Order Picker Sit-Down Forklift Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to perform heavy lifting and meet the physical demands of the position. Physical Requirements Heavy lifting required throughout the shift. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely handle materials. Pay Details:
