Position:

Forklift / Reach Truck Operator LesserEvil is looking for a motivated Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. A successful candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows safety guidelines, isn't afraid to ask questions, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Primary Job Responsibilities Operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials throughout the warehouse Performing daily equipment safety checks and reporting any issues immediately Pulling and staging products based on daily orders Organizing materials and ensuring proper inventory rotation based on expiration dates Assisting with inventory tasks, including counting and organizing materials Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues to management Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Supporting additional warehouse duties as needed Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience, preferred Previous certification in forklift operation, preferred Comfortable speaking Spanish, preferred Working Conditions Loud, busy fast-paced manufacturing/Warehouse environment The job requires you to be on your feet for up to 8 hours The environment contains airborne oil and seasoning particles All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain certification for both sit-down forklifts and high-reach truck lifts . Training and certification will be provided.
