Aero Global Logistics is hiring dependable, hardworking team members to join our warehouse and distribution operations. Multiple positions and shifts are available.

PAY RATES POSITION SHIFT STARTING PAY

1st Shift Lead $17.00/hr 2nd Shift Lead $17.50/hr 1st Shift Forklift Operator $16.50/hr 2nd Shift Forklift Operator $17.00/hr Loader 1st Shift $16.00/hr Loader 2nd Shift $16.50/hr

OPEN POSITIONS LOADERS

Load and unload automotive parts and freight. Prepare products for safe and accurate delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and material-handling procedures.

FORKLIFT OPERATORS

Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment. Load, unload, stage, and move product. Perform equipment inspections. Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

SHIFT LEADS

Lead daily warehouse and loading operations. Coordinate team assignments and workflow. Support safety, productivity, and quality standards. Assist with training and employee development. Serve as a key point of contact for the shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout a shift. Must be able to pass the company's Physical Ability Test (PAT).
