Forklift Operator - $19-21/hr in Hanover, PA + 4-On/4-Off Schedule & Long-Term Stability!

Consistent 4-on/4-off schedule, career growth opportunities, and a team-focused manufacturing environment Details Start ASAP on either the 5am-5pm or 5pm-5am shift with a rotating 4 days on/4 days off schedule. Temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to grow with a well-established manufacturing operation. Occasional overtime available based on staffing and production needs. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the facility. Load, unload, organize, and track inventory while performing cycle counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies. Support production operations by conducting equipment checks, maintaining accurate records, generating labels, and communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
