Overview We are seeking a skilled Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. This essential role involves operating specialized equipment to efficiently handle, transport, and manage inventory within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment. Move, store, and retrieve products from high-rack locations. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately using RF scanners. Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Inspect equipment before each shift and report any issues. Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting to meet productivity goals. Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Requirements:

Previous Reach Truck Operator experience required. Valid Forklift Operator Certification required. Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
