In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position plays a vital role in supporting seamless warehouse operations, enhancing order fulfillment accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and trade regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to logistics management. Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse Manage shipping logistics by preparing shipments, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers Receive incoming inventory, inspect for damages or discrepancies, and document receipt using RF scanners and inventory management software Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining organized storage areas for easy access and inventory control Use warehouse management systems and ERP systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately Assist with order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels using inventory management software Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and operating equipment responsibly Requirements Proven experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, stocking procedures, and warehouse operations Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to weight or volume, and data entry accuracy Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and data entry tasks Ability to communicate effectively within a diverse team environment Schedule Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to efficient warehouse operations while developing their skills in logistics management.
