Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Worker Forklift Operator to join our dynamic distribution team. This role involves managing materials, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in enclosed cargo trailers, warehouse and forklift operations. Responsibilities Operate forklift, order pickers, unload and move materials safely and efficiently. Perform order picking and fulfill shipping orders accurately. Handle heavy lifting tasks involving pallets and materials. Assist in shipping & receiving activities, including verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and documenting inventory movements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support warehouse supervisor in managing stock levels, inventory control, and process improvements. Experience Prior experience in enclosed cargo trailer warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred. Hands-on experience operating forklift, order picker, and other heavy equipment is essential. Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling, and order picking is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance is beneficial for this position. This role demands a safety-conscious individual with strong mechanical aptitude who can efficiently manage materials while adhering to industry standards for safe operation.
