  The Role
  To provide operational, commercial and people leadership to deliver the budget for the new Superalloy plant in Auburn, AL.

If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a leader of a large organization

Demonstrated profitable commercial growth preferably in Superalloys and/or Aerospace/IGT/Automotive markets

Strong Background in engineering and operational leadership

P&L responsibility of a similar sized business; with comprehensive knowledge of and ability to apply budgeting processes and financial management tools

Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic plan to meet key business objectives/metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost

Management of large teams of diverse site functions whether under direct leadership or matrix managed

Demonstrated experience in creating a Continuous Improvement culture of Operational Excellence To Apply
