WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Assistant Manager, you play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the community. You ll help drive financial performance, ensure compliance, support leasing efforts, and deliver an exceptional resident experience-all while stepping in to lead when needed. This role combines operations, customer service, financial responsibility, and team support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Experience & Retention Provide responsive, professional communication with residents and prospects A ddress concerns and escalate issues when appropriate Support resident retention initiatives and community engagement Leasing & Marketing Support Assist with property tours, follow-ups, and application processing Support leasing efforts to maintain occupancy goals Ensure accurate and compliant leasing documentation Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts Operations & Property Management Support daily property operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and community standards Help maintain a clean, safe, and market-ready property Coordinate with vendors and monitor service quality Financial Performance & Collections Assist with rent collection and follow up on delinquent Help track performance metrics and support reporting Support occupancy, revenue, and expense control goals Team Support & Leadership Assist in supervising on-site staff and providing guidance as needed P romote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment S upport team scheduling and coverage to maintain smooth operation Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable regulations Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation S upport office organization and administrative processes

Qualifications:
