full-time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Program Manager Trainee to join our team. This position is designed as a developmental role for individuals who are interested in building a career in program management and operations management. During the initial stage, the Program Manager Trainee will work closely with and support the Manager in daily operations, project coordination, task follow-up, and administrative support. As the trainee develops a stronger understanding of the organization and demonstrates the necessary capabilities, they will gradually take ownership of projects and assume greater management responsibilities. The long-term goal of this position is to develop high-potential employees into independent project owners and future management team members. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to the Manager in program and operational activities. Assist with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and task follow-up. Track project timelines, deadlines, priorities, and outstanding action items. Coordinate with internal departments and team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently. Organize project information, documents, reports, and other operational materials. Participate in meetings, document action items, and follow up with responsible parties. Learn and understand the organization's operations, management processes, and internal workflows. Assist the Manager in handling day-to-day operational issues and unexpected situations. Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from planning through completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with different departments and team members.
