Job Description
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually Ready to Love Your Job? Texas Roadhouse is looking for legendary, passionate Roadies to join our Support Center team in Louisville, KY. Position Overview The Real Estate Representative will identify and secure new restaurant locations as well as potential relocation sites for Texas Roadhouse and Bubba's 33.
- This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation to include restricted stock units, with a base salary of $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 annually. Responsibilities
- The territory would be for the following
States:
AZ, CA, WA, OR, NV, UT, ID, NM, CO
- Candidate should have experience and reside in a State within their territory
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies for assigned states.
- Work with the Operations and Real Estate Brokers to identify viable sites based on Company internal growth plans
- Work with developers and engineers on developing workable site plans
- Negotiate Letter of Intents with brokers and developers
- Provide financial investment analysis and pro-forma modeling for sites utilizing comparable and historical data
- Direct internal approvals from operations, real estate, executive and finance personnel
- Monitor and lead projects through lease negotiations, governmental permitting, developer site delivery, and building construction by directing activities with attorneys, architects, engineers, and other consultants to secure and permit sites Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on real estate experience
- Progressive experience demonstrating increased responsibility and performance in a broad array of development experience including, permitting, design, construction, finance, and leasing
- An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, real estate, and/or economics
- MBA or MS in Real Estate or Finance a plus
- Strong financial analysis skills, including detailed discounted cash flow analysis utilizing Excel or similar programs, and demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex financial models and structures and evaluation of corresponding risks
- Highly effective communication, presentation and listening skills
- Robust interpersonal skills and political acumen
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership and the ability to mentor and extract the highest potential from supporting personnel and outside vendors and consultants
- Sophisticated research skills required to collect, analyze, and report market information
