Key Duties & Responsibilities Leadership Training :

Participate in structured training programs designed to build essential managerial and leadership capabilities.

Help guide and support a team of sales professionals, encouraging high performance and helping achieve team objectives.

Retail Operations :

Sales Analysis :

Track sales results and key performance indicators, providing insights and collaborating with leadership to improve results.

Client Relations :

Develop strong working relationships with store personnel and managers to align efforts with client goals and ensure successful campaign rollout.
