This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in logistics, warehouse operations, and team management. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in daily warehouse operations, inventory management, employee coordination, performance reporting, and process improvement. Strong performers may have opportunities to advance into warehouse supervision or operations management positions. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, inspection, and inventory operations. Coordinate daily work assignments and communicate operational priorities to warehouse associates. Monitor workflow, productivity, accuracy, and quality performance. Track employee attendance, labor hours, and operational data. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal warehouse systems. Identify operational issues and assist management with process improvements. Communicate with customers, internal departments, and overseas teams when needed. Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Support management with additional operational projects and assignments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred. Strong interest in warehouse operations and logistics management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills are required because this position regularly communicates with overseas teams. Previous warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or team-lead experience is preferred but not required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible for W-2 employment.
