We're hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business. The starting wage for this position is $37,440.00 per year or $18 per hour

What You'll Do:

Sales & Customer Service:

Support achievement of location sales goals. Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores. Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.

Operations & Fleet Management:

Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control Assist with store operations and compliance.

Vehicle and Facility Care:

Support team with miscellaneous task including but not limited to cleaning and preparing vehicles for customers, lot management, and customer service assistance.

Finance & Administration:

Learn finance processes and support deal completion. Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.

Leadership Development:

Shadow and support management in daily operations. Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching. Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training. Learn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company.

What We're Looking For:

Must be 20 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license. Strong computer and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow. Exceptional time management skills. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Presentable attire. Experience working in a professional environment.
