Job Description
Aaron's in Seymour, IN is seeking a talented, self-motivated individual to be the General Manager. A successful GM will have a high energy level, strong customer service skills and successful retail management experience. Prior experience in our industry or related businesses can be helpful but is not required. The GM at Aaron's is responsible for all aspects of the store operation, including staffing, inventory, product service and customer relations. The GM is involved both in the sales process for new customers and the accounts management for existing customers. We offer competitive base compensation, incentive compensation and benefits, including health care insurance, paid vacation and sick leave. We are an independently-owned franchisee and the GM will work directly with the store owner...you are not a cog in a wheel with us!
