The Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment. The position requires the ability to multi-task, be organized, and have a strong work ethic.

Job Duties:

Sell customized membership solutions to guests Provide outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment. Answer incoming calls and follow up with emails. Process orders in our computerized system. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer files and file documents appropriately. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales success is required
