Integra Healthcare Equipment General Manager - Operations Lead Operations. Develop Teams. Make an Impact. Integra Healthcare Equipment is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our branch locations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing service, warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operational activities while ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and team performance. The General Manager plays a critical role in supporting patients, healthcare providers, hospices, nursing facilities, and other care partners by leading a team that delivers essential medical equipment safely, efficiently, and compassionately. What You'll Do Lead Daily Operations Oversee branch operations, including service, warehouse, dispatch, equipment flow, inventory, and fleet activities. Ensure timely and efficient delivery, setup, pickup, and retrieval of medical equipment. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Compliance, Purchasing, and other departments. Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve service levels, productivity, and branch performance. Support operational readiness during periods of high volume, staffing shortages, route disruptions, or service escalations. Build and Develop High-Performing Teams Lead, coach, and develop Service Technicians, Cleaning Specialists, Dispatchers, and other operational staff. Provide ongoing performance feedback, accountability, and mentorship. Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, safety, and customer focus. Promote employee engagement and maintain high standards of accountability and customer service. Ensure Compliance and Quality Promote compliance with company policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Support audit readiness and continuous quality improvement efforts. Monitor operational documentation, inventory controls, and process adherence. Help maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers. Partner with leadership to address operational risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. Drive Continuous Improvement Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Resolve service issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively. Implement process improvements that enhance service quality, productivity, and customer experience. Partner with regional leadership to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives. What We're Looking For Preferred qualifications include: Leadership experience in healthcare operations, logistics, distribution, transportation, field service, DME, or a related industry. Experience managing warehouse, service, dispatch, or multi-functional operational teams. Strong coaching, communication, and employee development skills. Ability to balance daily operational demands while driving long-term improvements. Experience with performance metrics, quality improvement initiatives, and operational problem-solving. Knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, safety, or compliance requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business software systems. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is welcome but not required. Why Integra?
