Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with financing and leasing options in a professional, transparent, and friendly manner Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Accurately prepare and review all paperwork related to sales and finance Maintain excellent relationships with lenders and financial partners Work closely with the sales team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of verifiable experience as an automotive finance & insurance manager Verifiable record of high performance and achieving all F&I metrics Strong knowledge of finance and insurance (F&I) laws and procedures Proven ability to close deals and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills High level of integrity and a customer-first mindset Impeccable paperwork Proficiency in dealership management software and finance tools
