Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership to develop, implement, and evaluate programs that meet the needs of area residents. Manage organizational operations, including budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth. Supervise clerical, custodial and building maintenance staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, government agencies, and funding sources to enhance service delivery and organizational reputation. Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and accreditation standards related to operation of a public community center facility and senior center. Lead strategic planning efforts to expand services, improve quality outcomes, and increase community impact. Ensure effective communication across teams through clear writing skills and client engagement strategies. Skills Strong relationship management skills to build trust within diverse communities and stakeholder groups. Proven administrative experience in managing budgets, staffing and organizational operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intuit QuickBooks for report writing, budget reports and communication purposes. Demonstrated supervisory experience of clerical, custodial and building maintenance employees. Expertise in program development, management, and evaluation within social service settings. Experience working directly with senior populations is preferred. Strong management skills complemented by excellent written communication for reports, proposals, and client correspondence.
