We are looking for someone who wants to lead. This is a hands-on role for someone who can support the Clinic Manager, coach a Front Desk Sales team, drive membership sales, help manage the daily operation of the clinic, and step into leadership when the Clinic Manager is not present. Our Assistant Manager should know what is happening in the clinic—not because someone told them, but because they are actively involved in the business. What You'll Be Responsible For As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will help lead the daily operation of the Sherwood clinic, including: Leading the clinic when the Clinic Manager is not present Driving membership sales and supporting clinic sales goals Coaching Front Desk Sales Associates in real time Holding the Front Desk team accountable to sales and performance expectations Creating energy and urgency around daily goals Monitoring membership sales and conversion Helping maximize appointment availability and service hours Identifying openings in provider schedules and helping create plans to fill them Supporting recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training Assisting with employee scheduling and coverage Supporting Massage Therapists and Estheticians throughout their workday Handling guest concerns professionally and confidently Maintaining clinic standards and ensuring opening/closing responsibilities are completed Communicating wins, challenges, staffing concerns, and opportunities to the Clinic Manager Helping create a positive, professional, accountable culture Sales Is an Important Part of This Position Massage Envy is a membership-based business, and sales are an important part of our success. Our Assistant Manager must be comfortable talking about sales every day. You will be expected to sell memberships yourself, coach others on their sales conversations, review performance, recognize missed opportunities, and help the team improve. We believe great sales start with a great guest experience.
