Executive Leadership Opportunity | Assistant Vice President - Manufacturing ResourceTek is partnering with a global leader in metals manufacturing to identify an accomplished Assistant Vice President - Manufacturing for their Reading, PA area operations. This high-impact executive role serves as the second-in-command to the Vice President of Manufacturing, providing strategic leadership across a 1,000+ employee manufacturing organization and multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational performance across multiple manufacturing operations Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and financial planning Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts Oversee capital projects and operational excellence programs Develop leadership teams, succession plans, and organizational capability Directly lead and mentor General Managers across the organization

Qualifications:

12+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Proven success leading large-scale industrial operations Experience managing senior leaders and multi-site or complex organizations Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing leadership career? #

$250,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
