General Manager DoubleTree by Hilton | Montgomery, AL Lead the Hotel. Inspire the Team. Drive Results. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our DoubleTree by Hilton in Montgomery, Alabama . This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational and financial success. What You'll Do Lead all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and brand standards. Drive revenue, profitability, and overall hotel performance. Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members. Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to grow occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share. Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability. Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, safety, and property appearance. Build strong relationships within the local community and represent the hotel professionally. Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and all applicable regulations. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience , including General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience. Experience in a full-service or upscale hotel environment strongly preferred. Proven success driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and P&L responsibility. A hands-on, visible leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Hilton experience is strongly preferred. Why Join Us?
