We are seeking a motivated Business Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in customer engagement, marketing, sales, leadership, and business operations. Full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients through face-to-face customer interactions Explain products and services clearly and accurately Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Support in-store marketing and customer acquisition efforts Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and promotions Participate in team meetings and professional development Train new team members once qualified Provide a positive and professional customer experience Qualification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and willing to learn Comfortable working directly with customers Goal-oriented and able to work well in a team Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
