Job Description

Review F & I contracts/and or repair orders for accuracy. Experience with deal postings, incentives, finance product payables and cancellations. Verify all documents are signed and correct. Reconcile appropriate schedules and maintain reports. Post Car deals/repair orders in Accounting. A/R, A/P and payroll. Full knowledge of automotive accounting principles and procedures. Correctly submit month financial statement to General Motors. Communicate regularly with all departments. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Must have 2 years automotive bookkeeping. DMS(autosoft/adp/Reynolds software) experience needed. Also a bachelors or associates degree in accounting.
