As a key player in maintaining accurate stock levels and streamlining warehouse processes, you'll help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms like AS400 or SAP to ensure accuracy and availability. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis to identify inventory issues. Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to analyze inventory trends and support demand planning efforts. Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize stock levels, negotiate supplier contracts, and improve supply chain efficiency. Oversee shipping & receiving operations, including materials handling, heavy lifting, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Implement process improvements by analyzing warehouse operations data to enhance stocking strategies and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, logistics, and finance to support category management and pricing strategies. Skills Extensive experience with warehouse distribution, inventory control software, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong data collection, analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel data analysis, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools. Knowledge of logistics inventory management, supply chain management, demand planning, and materials handling. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Experience with procurement processes, supplier management, contracts negotiation, and sourcing strategies. Technical proficiency with ERP systems such as AS400 or SAP; familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus.
