Midway Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Manager/Inventory Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership inventory experience and a strong understanding of vehicle inventory processes. General Motors dealership experience and CDK experience are strongly preferred. Responsibilities

• Process RDRs (Retail Delivery Reports) accurately and on time
• Stock in new and used vehicles
• Process and track manufacturer rebates and incentives
• Maintain and reconcile rebate schedules
• Research and resolve outstanding rebate items and discrepancies
• Process incoming and outgoing dealer trade units
• Maintain accurate dealer trade paperwork and supporting documentation
• Handle inventory and paperwork related to DRAC/GM loaner vehicles
• Track vehicles entering and exiting the loaner program
• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and files
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist with month-end inventory and rebate reconciliations
• Work closely with Accounting, Sales Management, Finance, and dealership management
• Ensure manufacturer deadlines and dealership procedures are followed
• Follow transactions through to completion and resolve outstanding items promptly Qualifications
• Automotive dealership inventory experience required
• General Motors dealership experience strongly preferred
• CDK experience strongly preferred
• Experience with RDRs, rebates, vehicle stocking, dealer trades, and vehicle inventory preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and reconciliation skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
