Position Summary Until Labs, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our Inventory Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, processing inventory transactions, and supporting the efficient movement of materials and supplies across the organization. This role plays a vital part in ensuring inventory accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting daily business operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records within the company's inventory management system. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment activities. Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments accurately. Conduct routine inventory counts, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions. Coordinate with purchasing, operations, warehouse personnel, and other departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Prepare inventory reports and maintain inventory performance records. Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure proper documentation and tracking. Ensure products and materials are properly labeled and organized. Assist with inventory forecasting and demand planning activities. Maintain compliance with company inventory control procedures and policies. Support process improvement initiatives to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Utilize inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications to maintain records and generate reports. Perform additional inventory-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain is preferred. Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
