Job Description

Local company is hiring dependable and safety- focused Pick/Pack to join our team in Lafayette, IN. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks, including but not limited to picking, packing, forklift operations, receiving operations, cycle counts of inventory. The position requires the highest level of accuracy due to customer expectations. This position will be handling/sorting of parts into racks or containers throughout the day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull Parts from designated part racks and place said parts into the staged racks for the costumer. Checks completed work for accuracy. Checks parts for damages. Review computer printout for accuracy regarding the staged racks. Maintaining a clean and safe work area utilizing the principles of 5S Participates in the facilities Safety program. Training, Hiyari Hatto reporting, Risk Assessment, Observation of Safety policies of the company and facility. Participates in team meetings. Occasionally operate forklift. Other duties may be assigned.
