JOB DESCRIPTION
Med-Dyne is a small, family-owned medical device manufacturer in Louisville seeking a dependable, hardworking team member to support our production, shipping, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Receive incoming deliveries and stock inventory Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Perform routine inventory counts Keep shelves, bins, and workstations organized Assist with packaging and labeling products Help maintain a clean, safe work environment Support production staff with assembly and manufacturing tasks as needed Lift, carry, and move boxes, materials, and inventory throughout the day Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Stand and walk for most of the workday Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb small step ladders Push and pull carts loaded with inventory Work safely around production equipment and warehouse shelving Qualifications
