Lancaster, MA Pay:
$20.00-$25.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Day shift, 5:00 AM-5:00
PM Hours:
Approximately 40-60 hours per week We are hiring an experienced Inventory Control / Material Handler for a manufacturing facility in Lancaster, MA. This position supports production by receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, completing cycle counts, and making sure materials are available when needed. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming materials and supplies. Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, or shortages. Enter inventory receipts, adjustments, and transactions into an ERP system. Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Move raw materials and components to production areas. Communicate material shortages or inventory issues to supervisors and managers. Help resolve inventory and material-flow issues. Safely operate material-handling equipment as needed. Requirements At least 3 years of inventory, material handling, warehouse, or related experience. Manufacturing or production warehouse experience preferred. Experience using an ERP or inventory management system preferred. Experience with cycle counting and inventory transactions. Forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday. Wire and cable manufacturing experience is a plus.
