Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head of Inventory to oversee and facilitate the receipt and processing of product deliveries at our dispensary. This role is essential in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining compliance, and keeping the team informed of new products, promotions, and delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with online ordering during downtime. Retrieve and verify manifests from Metrc to ensure accuracy. Monitor email accounts throughout shifts for delivery updates. Sign in delivery drivers and ensure proper documentation is completed. Verify that delivered products match the manifest and inventory is accounted for. Collaborate with management on package rejections when necessary. Ensure all pricing is accurate and aligns with the MSRP sheet. Return old sample jar containers as needed. Log all deliveries into Metrc , either accepting or rejecting packages. Ensure new products are entered into THSuite and the POS system promptly. Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports for AGM approval. Verify and update invoices before forwarding them to the purchasing department. Maintain clear communication with the purchasing department regarding delivery and product issues. Track and manage accessory sales and inventory levels . Keep staff informed on new products, promotions, and upcoming deliveries. Report all inventory discrepancies to the General Manager. Maintain an up-to-date delivery schedule. Ensure all accessories are added to the POS system within 48 hours of receipt .

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience with Metrc, THSuite, and POS systems preferred. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members. Prior experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, or dispensary operations is a plus. Knowledge of cannabis compliance regulations is an advantage.
