Residential Cleaning Team Lead / Working Supervisor Proper Quality Cleaning, LLC is a growing veteran-owned cleaning company serving clients throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. We are currently hiring experienced residential cleaners who have the skills, professionalism, and leadership ability to grow into key members of our field operations team. This is a working supervisor position . You will clean alongside other team members while helping ensure each job is completed efficiently, professionally, and according to our quality standards. We are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well, pay close attention to detail, and are comfortable taking responsibility for the successful completion of a job.

Responsibilities include:

Perform detailed residential cleaning in clients' homes Lead and work alongside cleaning team members Review job scopes and ensure all assigned tasks are completed Inspect completed work for quality before leaving the property Help train and coach newer cleaners Communicate job-site issues or customer concerns promptly to management Help ensure teams work efficiently and complete jobs within scheduled timeframes Follow company procedures for equipment, supplies, keys/access, and customer property Potentially assist with management and accountability of company cleaning equipment and supplies Maintain a professional, respectful, and client-ready appearance and demeanor

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of recent continuous professional residential cleaning experience strongly preferred Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor, team lead, trainer, or senior cleaner strongly preferred Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation preferred Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Comfortable leading others while also performing cleaning work Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable working in different homes and interacting professionally with clients Available for morning and daytime residential cleaning assignments Able to physically perform residential cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting cleaning equipment, and working for extended periods

Compensation:

$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience, leadership capability, transportation capability, and demonstrated performance during our hiring/evaluation process.
