Inventory & Warehouse Associate

Poppy & Pine is a growing women's apparel brand specializing in graphic tees, hats, and accessories. We design and produce products in-house and ship nationwide through wholesale and e-commerce channels. Our warehouse team plays a critical role in keeping operations efficient, accurate, and on time.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on receiving inventory, organizing stock, and accurately picking and preparing orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in staying organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing lists Inspect products for damage or discrepancies during check-in Accurately enter and update inventory in internal systems Label, sort, and stock products in designated warehouse locations Maintain clean, organized shelving and storage areas Pick and pull customer and wholesale orders with high accuracy Assist with packing and preparing shipments when needed Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with cycle counting Communicate inventory issues (shortages, damages, miscounts) to management Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Shopify, inventory systems a plus) Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability Preferred (Not Required): Experience with apparel or SKU-heavy inventory Familiarity with barcode scanning systems Experience with order picking/packing in e-commerce or wholesale

Work Schedule:

Full-time available Monday-Friday (some flexibility based on workload)

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
