Product Flow All-Star Nebraska Quilt Company Do you notice when something is out of place? Do you like solving problems, creating order, improving processes, and making sure things actually get finished? You may be exactly who we are looking for. Nebraska Quilt Company is looking for a Product Flow All-Star to help keep our inventory accurate, our products moving, and our processes working. This is more than an inventory position. You will help make sure the right product is received, priced correctly, counted accurately, put in the right place, and ready for our guests. And when something goes wrong? You help figure out why , fix it fast, and make the process better so it is less likely to happen again. What You'll Do As our Product Flow All-Star, you will help: Receive incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently Verify shipments, quantities, and product condition Identify shortages, damages, overages, and receiving errors Follow and maintain NQC pricing rules Verify product pricing and investigate discrepancies Keep inventory quantities accurate Perform cycle counts and inventory spot checks Research missing, negative, or incorrect inventory Help organize and maintain product locations Make sure product keeps moving from receiving to sale-ready Identify products or tasks that have become stuck in the process Help create and maintain inventory procedures Improve processes that are confusing, slow, or creating errors Document repeatable procedures for other All-Stars Communicate problems quickly to the right people Help prevent repeat problems instead of simply correcting them again and again One of Our Most Important Rules When inventory does not match: Find the reason. Fix the reason. Then fix the number. We are not looking for someone who simply makes inventory adjustments until the numbers look right. We want someone who wants to understand why the problem happened and help prevent it from happening again.
