Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of our inventory while ensuring that our customers have access to a well-stocked shopping environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Duties Efficiently manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized on shelves. Maintain accurate inventory management and control. Use machines to load and unload merchandise safely. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing products. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and retail areas. Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to move products throughout the store. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal merchandising strategies are implemented. Provide customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries about product availability and location. Perform maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory control processes. Familiarity with grocery store operations, including produce handling, packaging, and stocking techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the position.
