Job Description

About the Role This is a dual-function role combining warehouse/inventory responsibilities with driving duties. You'll be the person who keeps our gear organized, checked in/out accurately, and gets it safely to and from job sites and client locations. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and log incoming and outgoing rental equipment Maintain accurate inventory records (check-in/check-out, condition notes, missing/damaged item reports) Pull, pack, and stage equipment for upcoming jobs Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse/shop space Load and unload equipment safely, using proper handling techniques for sensitive broadcast/AV gear Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up equipment from job sites, client locations, and vendors (local and occasional regional trips) Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, cleanliness) and report maintenance issues Assist with equipment testing, basic troubleshooting, and prep before jobs go out Communicate with the shop manager and production team on job timing and inventory status Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record CDL not required, but must be comfortable driving 26' box trucks in metropolitan, high-traffic areas (NYC and tri-state) Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical warehouse work Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable using inventory/rental management software (training provided) Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including occasional early mornings or evenings for event load-in/load-out Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, AV/broadcast, or event production environment is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$23.50 - $25.00 per hour
