Inventory Associate Responsibilities Conduct regular inventory counts and audits using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accuracy. Analyze stock levels, demand patterns, and sales data to support demand planning and forecasting initiatives. Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction Support operations including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and order fulfillment to optimize warehouse efficiency. Assist in category management by analyzing key data points Inventory Associate Skills Strong experience with warehouse team leadership is a plus Able to managage tasks effectively and efficiently Knowledge of supply chain analytics, demand planning, procurement processes, and logistics inventory management. Technical proficiency with keeping detailed records Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling, pricing analysis, and root cause investigations.
