The Inventory Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and conducting quality audits. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to meet physical demands. Will assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and transaction records. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented, and has experience in data entry and analysis. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.

•Must reside in the following areas: Midland, TX or Odessa, TX.

•Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of all inventory both inside and outside the facility Manage the receipt of all inventory, such as new, returns, and to be refurbished products, including unloading, counting, and inputting inventory data into the ERP system Label inventory with the correct item numbers, ensure it is suitably packaged for storage, and stock inventory in the correct location Package/ship product to replenish internal and external inventory needs (via sales orders/ bill of ladings, transfer orders, etc.) Organize and manage the storage of all inventory in a safe and secure manner Perform inventory audits, cycle counting, and physical inventory counts on daily, weekly or quarterly intervals Pick, pack, and create outbound shipments to satisfy sales orders Utilizes material handling equipment to unload and load customer/vendor shipments Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all activities and perform them in a timely manner Verify the accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound shipments (quality control) Process returns efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory updates and timely communication with appropriate internal contacts Use of various software including the CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous inventory experience is preferred Experience with NetSuite preferred Ability to articulate clearly, professional oral and written communication skills Excellent planning and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task with little supervision Previous work experience should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, self-motivation, flexibility, detail-oriented work style, professional appearance and attitude, and ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, customers/clients at all levels Ability to operate a computer and other general office equipment Must have basic mathematical skills Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team atmosphere Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work overtime as assigned and commit to a flexible work schedule around demand Must have reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record Physical Requirements May be required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods May be required to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Sit, speak, or listen actively for extended periods Possess full use of both hands to feel or manipulate objects, tools, or controls Perform an extended reach with arms to manipulate objects, tools, or controls Walk short distances, sometimes over uneven terrain May be exposed to various weather conditions, including seasonal hot and cold temperatures Schedule Saturday -

Wednesday:

6pm to 6am, with overtime as needed
