Primary Color is looking for a full-time Web-Store & Inventory Specialist to work on-site in Cypress, California. Please visit our website at www.primarycolor.com As the Web-Store & Inventory Specialist , you will provide professional and knowledgeable support to both our sales force & customers through data analysis, trend forecasting, online marketing strategies, and effective communication. The primary products supported are printed marketing materials for high profile retailers. Previous experience in planning, allocation, online marketing, inventory management are a plus. Microsoft Excel is used extensively on a daily basis. This position works directly with the salesperson as well as the technology team. The Brand Content Administrator is responsible for assigned accounts and acts as the point person for all online company store content and inventory aspects relating to the specified accounts. Due to stringent client security, disclosure agreements and logistical requirements, the essential job functions of this position can only be fulfilled on-site. Key Responsibilities Maintain & strengthen customer relationships through comprehensive strategy, oversight and management of accounts Act as the key web-store and inventory contact for customers to ensure that business needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner Facilitates the execution of daily business planning, communication by anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning Conduct regular order activity and inventory reporting Support development of key ecommerce capabilities and processes Maintain workflow as dictated by client specific procedures Assist with content creation and optimization of listings for web-store search Validate brand strategy and monitor brand compliance
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements High School Diploma required - College Degree Preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling and meeting deadlines Creative and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit A background in ecommerce account management
