Santa Fe Springs, CA Job Details $19 - $22 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Job Title Data Entry Clerk Job Summary The Data Entry Clerk supports the Inventory and Operations team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining product and lot information within company systems. This role ensures data integrity, timely processing of inventory adjustments, and smooth movement of serialized products between locations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working with high‑volume, repetitive data tasks. General Data Entry & Inventory Support Enter, update, and maintain product, lot, and serial number information within Brightree. Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct errors promptly. Communicate with team members regarding missing information, discrepancies, or required adjustments. Maintain organized digital records and follow established data entry procedures. Specific Duties Process and update pending lot numbers as they become available. Enter new lot numbers into the system with correct product associations. Adjust quantities when lot numbers require corrections or updates. Ensure all lot entries match physical inventory and documentation. Review items flagged for insufficient quantity and perform required adjustments. Update product availability based on incoming inventory, corrections, or reconciliations. Work with warehouse or purchasing teams to resolve quantity discrepancies. Maintain accurate counts to prevent delays in order fulfillment. Transfer serial numbers between locations in the system as directed. Add serial numbers back into inventory when returned, corrected, or reassigned. Verify serial number accuracy before and after transfer. Maintain clear documentation of all inventory movements. Qualifications High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory and Brightree systems preferred. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high‑volume data entry. Work Environment Fast‑paced, detail‑driven administrative and inventory support role. Collaboration with inventory, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
