Job Description
About us We are the premier vending machine operator in greater Bay Area. We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide vending service in the greater SF Bay Area County areas. Our work environment includes:
Office and warehouse setting. 80% Daily delivery and servicing to client locations. Occasional deliveryResponsibilities:
- Inventory management to pull and pack inventory, rotate expirations, organize delivery routes for drivers, and complete return to stock operations.
- Manage warehouse inventory and request items to purchase from distributors. Recieve and stock inventory both physical and digital counts.
- Deliver items to site locations with a company van and rotate stock and expirations. Confirm cycle counts at each machine. Accurately program prices when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, maintenance, and fuel consumption
- Ability to communicate with customers regarding refunds and vending issues.
- Potentially assist with delivery of machines for new client acquisitions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Safely and efficiently operate a route delivery vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes as needed.
- Follow predetermined routes and delivery schedules
Experience:
- Previous experience in route driving, inventory management, warehouse logistics preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Organizational skills to plan and execute delivery routes on time.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 LBS) repeatedly throughout the day
