Inventory Control Shipping Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $18.00 to $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Perform shipping & receiving of high volume items from UPS and freight trucks. Prepare Bill of Ladings and use web based shipping portals Repetitive lifting of 10-30 pounds and up to 70 lbs. Computer receiving and delivering to warehouse stock or production floor. Internal Shipping of sales orders. Coordination of outbound deliveries. Completing BOLs, interfacing with freight brokers and obtaining RFQs. Interface with all levels of internal employees as well as customer service to walk in business. Responsible for daily cycle counting of inventory.
Inventory Control Shipping Specialist Qualifications:
Previous experience is required Industrial manufacturing environment preferred.
Excellent computer skills:
MS Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Stand for most of 10-hour shift High level of strength and physical competence Great customer service skills Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
