Inventory Specialist & Field Assistant (1099 Contractor)

St. Augustine, FL (On-Site Only) Euphoria Vacation Homes is a boutique short-term rental management company focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience across our properties in St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, and north Palm Coast. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist & Field Assistant to support our field operations, uphold property standards, and maintain the accuracy and organization of our supply inventory. This role is a 1099 independent contractor position, and applicants must meet all listed requirements to be considered. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing supply deliveries, conducting regular inventory counts, organizing the storage facility, and ensuring that all consumable guest supplies remain accurate, organized, and consistently stocked, as well as billed accurately 100% of the time. In addition to core inventory duties, this role is also responsible for preparing and organizing all "bag packer" tasks for cleaner pick-ups and ensuring that all inventory is accurately dispersed, tracked, and returned as required, and subsequently recorded within our Breezeway software. Beyond inventory management, the position includes completing field assignments through Breezeway such as steam cleaning property furniture and rugs using company provided equipment, verifying property staging and cleanliness, documenting and reporting deficiencies, delivering guest amenities as needed, and assisting with the onboarding (delivering and labeling a home's start-up linens and supplies) of new properties. This position requires a contractor who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while communicating effectively with the operations team. The work schedule follows a set of daily deliverables that must be adhered to consistently. Requirements Prior professional inventory management experience. Ability to work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (off days: Wednesday and Sunday). Morning and afternoon availability required. Willingness to operate as a 1099 independent contractor . This is not a W2 role. Reliable personal transportation. Residence in — or willingness to relocate to — St. Augustine, FL prior to starting. Ability to travel throughout St. Augustine, Vilano Beach, and north Palm Coast as needed. Smartphone and laptop capable of running Breezeway and related software. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the operations team. Tech proficiency and comfort using mobile task management systems. A clean background check is required prior to starting
