We are looking for an Inventory Team Member to play an important role in keeping materials organized, production moving, and customer shipments on schedule. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive compensation that is flexible based on your experience and background.
Job Duties:
Pick and stage parts accurately for production work orders Maintain and organize overstock inventory using FIFO practices Receive, unload, and put incoming materials away in designated warehouse locations Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Package parts and materials for daily FedEx and UPS shipments Prepare, label, and stage finished equipment for shipment Assist with loading large equipment onto trucks Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus — in-house forklift training and certification are available Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through Effective communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Reliable team player who takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
